“EVERYTHING BAGEL” CUCUMBER SLICES

Snack idea made simple and healthish. 

These babies have been my go to lately and for good reason! Not only are they tasty, but they take no time at all to put together. 

They are the perfect solution for you if you are looking for something crunchy, but don’t necessarily want chips or crackers. Trust me, I think you’ll end up adding these into your weekly snack times. 

Ready for some goodness?? ENJOY!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cucumber

  • Dairy-Free Sour Cream *Or regular sour cream if you don’t have any sensitivities to dairy

  • Garlic Salt

  • Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

TIME TO PUT IT ALL TOGEHTER:

  1. Cut up the cucumber in thick medallions and arrange on a plate.

  2. Add your sour cream of choice on top. *It’s up to you how much or how little you would like. I like somewhere in between ;)

  3. Top with garlic salt and everything but the bagel seasoning. 

  4. Serve and enjoy!
